We work with you to achieve this in a totally transparent and straightforward way. 

With our expertise we can quickly establish a clear understanding of your current financial situation, how it could evolve and what you want from your finances in the future.

We also understand that time is a precious commodity these days and so won’t take yours up with long meetings, or get you to spend hours looking for paperwork. We aim for our service to be as hassle-free and simple as possible.

In the first instance, Richard or Kate will talk to you. 
We can meet, skype or do it on the phone, whatever is most convenient for you. This first conversation is a simple fact-gathering exercise. Our opportunity to understand your needs and your chance to get to know us.

Next steps…

If you’re happy to work with us following our first conversation, we then go away and do our research. We then put together a simple report based on this information which outlines our findings. 

We then arrange the most convenient way of discussing it with you, either meeting at our office in Shoreham, Sussex or at your home or workplace, on the phone or via Skype. This meeting, however it happens, is important because it will cover our findings and our recommendations and also go through what your options are and what any costs may be.

Our recommendations are always based on what is the best advice for you. If your current arrangements are appropriate and no action needs to be taken, then that’s what we’ll recommend and our advice and guidance up to this point is completely free of charge.

And if we recommend you change policy or move to a new product, we’ll clearly outline what, if any, the costs would be. There’s no pressure from us and only if you feel comfortable and confident with our advice and decide to proceed, will there be any cost to you.
